Hi Carla, thanks so much for sending the otoscopes.  I was really impressed because they arrived the very next day after I ordered them!  I've bought one of these from you before off ebay and loved the product so much, I bought an extra for us (my husband likes to use one for his electronics) and one for my brother and sister in law who have a little daughter and are visiting from overseas - so the timeliness was great.
